Box Assembly/Closure Instructions
EP2 (4 pieces plus liner and hardware to assemble)
Open up the outer sleeve (the one that says EP2 on it) and lay one of the bottom flaps across the pallet. Hammer 3 nails across the bottom flap - approx 2-3 inches from the edge. Make sure one hits the center stud. Stand the box up. It will seem unsteady as only one flap will be nailed down. Insert the inner sleeve of the tri-wall, insert the bottom pad followed by the liner. When the box is filled, tie off the liner with the white tie and then secure the cap and box to the pallet with the poly straps.
EP METERPAK (2 pieces plus liner and hardware to assemble)
Open up the outer sleeve and lay one of the bottom flaps across the pallet. Hammer 3 nails across the bottom flap - approx 2-3 inches from the edge. Make sure one hits the center stud. Stand the box up. It will seem unsteady as only one flap will be nailed down. Insert the poly liner and fill. When the box is filled, tie off the liner with the white tie and then secure the cap and box to the pallet with the poly straps.
EP3/FDB (1 piece plus liner and hardware to assemble)
Open up the outer sleeve and lay one of the bottom flaps across the pallet. Hammer 3 nails across the bottom flap - approx 2-3 inches from the edge. Make sure one hits the center stud. Stand the box up. It will seem unsteady as only one flap will be nailed down. This box only has one piece. Insert the poly liner and fill. When the box is filled, tie off the liner with the white tie and then close the inner and outer flaps and secure the box to the pallet with the poly straps.
EP4 (2 pieces plus liner and hardware to assemble)
Open up the outer sleeve and lay one of the bottom flaps across the pallet. Hammer 3 nails across the bottom flap - approx 2-3 inches from the edge. Make sure one hits the center stud. Stand the box up. It will seem unsteady as only one flap will be nailed down. Insert the poly liner and fill. When the box is filled, tie off the liner with the white tie and then secure the cap and box to the pallet with the poly straps.
EP55 DRUM BOX (1 piece plus liner; 2" filament tape not included)
- FROM KNOCKED DOWN POSITION, PROP BOX OPEN TO SQUARE SHAPE.
- FOLD BOTTOM FLAPS IN AND SECURE WITH 3 STRANDS OF 2" REINFORCED PACKAGING TAPE.
- INSERT 5 ML. LINER AND FILL WITH MATERIAL.
- TIE OFF LINER.
- FOLD TOP FLAPS IN AND SECURE WITH 3 STRANDS OF 2" REINFORCED PACKAGING TAPE.
